Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation (RPAF) is a New York City-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization founded in 1995 by brothers Russell Simmons and Danny Simmons, and their friend Joseph Simmons. RPAF’s mission is to provide disadvantaged urban youth with significant exposure to the arts and access to arts education, and ultimately increase diversity in the arts.
